Ingredients -
Boiled Potatoes
Green Chilly
White Bread
Dry Mango Powder/ Lemon
Finely Chopped Ginger
Salt
One cup Cooking Oil
Corriandor leaves
Method of Cooking - :1)mash potatoes
2) Add finely choppped green chillies,chopped ginger,chopped corriander leaves and salt
3)add dry mango powder or lemon
3)make dough of all the ingredients.
4)Put dough inside the WET Bread loaf.
5)Cover the dough fully with Bread loaf and make it round in shape.
6)Fry it in medium flame till it turns Brownish.
7)Serve hot with tomato and chilly sauce and tea.
